Plans start at $19.99/month (Starter) with 300 questions per month. The Pro plan is $79.99/month with 1500 questions. Every plan includes a 30-day free trial. No hidden fees, no per-seat pricing.
Is my data secure?
Each organization's analytics data is isolated in its own database. API keys and credentials are encrypted at rest. Your data is never used to train AI models.
Can I trust the AI's accuracy?
Query-based answers include the SQL that generated them, so you can inspect the logic and calculation. Sonar findings show the metrics and values behind each change. If something looks wrong, contact us and we'll investigate.
What does Noomaro actually find?
Noomaro monitors defined signals such as revenue, orders, refunds, product mix, MRR, churn, and acquisition performance. When one moves unexpectedly, Sonar explains the change and suggests what to check next.
Do I need technical skills?
None. If you can type a question, you can use Noomaro. We handle all the SQL complexity behind the scenes. You get plain-English answers and clear charts ready for team meetings, weekly reports, or presentations.
What if I need help?

Can I export the insights?
Charts can be downloaded as PNG files and result data as CSV. Use them in team reviews, client reports, or end-of-month recaps.
What data sources do you support?
WooCommerce, Stripe, Google Ads, and Google Search Console are supported today. You can also upload CSV or Excel exports from other systems. We're adding more commerce, marketing, and finance integrations based on customer demand.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. Connect a supported source or upload a CSV during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
What if my source data is messy?
Test customers mixed with real ones, duplicate orders or subscriptions, unusual pricing, and incomplete exports are common. Noomaro is built for real-world data and can usually sort signal from noise. If something is genuinely broken, we'll help you fix it.
What about data retention and deletion?
Your connected data remains until you delete your organization. When you request deletion, the organization and its data are scheduled for deletion in 30 days.
Can I use Noomaro for reporting?
Yes. Noomaro's main job is to find what changed, but you can turn a finding into a chart, comparison, or deeper analysis. Export charts as PNG or result data as CSV for team reviews and reports.
What happens if you change pricing?
We'll communicate pricing changes before they affect your subscription. You can change plans or cancel before a new price takes effect.
Do you offer refunds?
Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial, so you can cancel before your first charge. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we'll review it.
How often is my data updated?
Stripe, WooCommerce, and Google Search Console sync daily. Google Ads imports when you connect or refresh it. CSV uploads remain unchanged until you upload a new file.
